Wf Construction & Real Estate Plc is a family-owned business established on its own premises. The Company was started its journey in 2005 E.c. With the construction of small villas and ground-plus-one buildings which are mostly used for residential purposes. And it is a multi-disciplinary construction firm that have a license in accordance with Ethiopian commercial Law.
The experiences we have gained over the years have helped us to better understand the needs and aspirations of our society.
Currently Construction and Real Estate Plc. At the upgraded level, we intend to engage in larger and larger construction industries. With the successes and challenges we have made so far, we are confident that our future findings will be better and more satisfying for our customers.
It makes our apartment buildings more convenient and preferred because they are located close to where our buildings are located, such as supermarkets, hotels, hospitals, schools and leisure centers.
The buildings we are currently constructing are located in the Addis Ababa City Railway Terminal at a distance of 150 meters. This and other major highways can be reached quickly by any means of transportation.
A parking space for each apartment owner in the building has been built on its own premises. We also have parking for guests.
Our apartments have a total of rooms and are divided into eight rooms, each with a living room, dining room, two kitchens, and upstairs bathrooms, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
